A brand new £8m casino, restaurant and cocktail bar is now open in Manchester City Centre. Napoleons Casino and Restaurant debuted on Portland Street next door to the recently launched Hotel Brooklyn, itself a sister venue to the popular Hotel Gotham on King Street across town in late September.
