Event tickets are $50 and include dancing, hot appetizers, party favors, a balloon drop and confetti celebration at midnight, and more. The party starts well before midnight at Rivers Casino’s restaurants. On New Year’s Eve day, Grand View Buffet is offering lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $14.99 plus tax, dinner from 3:30 to 10 p.m. for $24.99 and a late-night breakfast buffet from midnight to 2 a.m. for $6.99 plus tax. Plated entrée choices include filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, lemon thyme chicken or Skuna Bay salmon—all served with Boursin whipped potatoes, haricots verts, baby carrots and Brussels sprouts.
